Buel and Wascher libraries are open for book check-out during the
summer to help kids keep up the reading habit over the vacation months.
The sites feature fun activities for kids, free books and a chance to
win prizes and a book bag.
“Our libraries are a great place for our students and families to
gather during the summer, and summer is a perfect time to read,” said
Sharon Buehler, librarian at Buel and Wascher. “Reading for fun keeps
skills sharp and creates a positive association with books.”
Beginning the week of June 15 and running through the week of August
10, the library hours are Wednesdays from 12 – 2 p.m. at Wascher and
Thursdays from 12 - 2 p.m. at Buel.
